Ken Pierce:
I joined DVD Future after an open invitation from Jay for editors. I sent an email, and then a while later he sent back a message saying, "hey! You still want in?" or something like that. I've been sending him annoying emails ever since.

Anyhow, to get onto the personal stuff, I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Home of the 1988 Winter Olympics, as well as the place where several movies (some classic, some not) have been shot. Examples of past films shot here include, Superman, Unforgiven, Dead Bang (I didn't say all the films I'd list would be good) and Mystery, Alaska. As I'm writing this, Chevy Chase is starting to shoot his film "Snow Day", and in an odd twist of fate, after a dry winter it snowed last night. Not enough, mind you, they had to truck in 400 dump trucks of snow from Canada Olympic Park...ain't fate a bitch?

I work for a large computer retailer here in Calgary (they don't deserve a plug right now), and I am an aspiring screenwriter/director at night. Hopefully one day I'll be able to update this page and say "screenwriter on ".

I'm married, with no children (yet), and a large DVD collection. Being a DINK rules!
